I am a licensed registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) and been in the field of food and nutrition for 10 years. There is nothing more I love than helping people feel their best through the foods they eat.
I received an honors degree and double major in Dietetics, Nutrition, Fitness and Health from Purdue University. I also completed both my Master of Science and Dietetic Internship at Rush University in Chicago. Traveling to Italy to study the Sustainable Food Systems of Italy really focused my approach to whole, real foods that taste great.
I have experience developing and implementing corporate wellness programs for medium and large corporations as well as 1:1 coaching for nutrition and wellness. As a lover of grocery shopping, I spent 3 years of my career in retail marketing where I served as a media spokesperson where I delivered over 70 live and print media interviews. I now educate about the health benefits of milk, cheese and yogurt on behalf of America’s dairy farmers.
I am also a proud Mom, Dog Mom and wife. Being a Minnesota native, I also enjoy being outside walking, downhill skiing and have also completed two full marathons. I am an Orange Theory lover and love cooking and spending time with my husband, son and Weimaraner.
